POLICY

 If you must cancel your appointment, I do ask that you notify me of any cancellations or if you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior  to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify me  at least 3 hours prior. Breach of this will result in a non-refundable deposit fee

 In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed with a  fee worth 50% of the missed service which will be added to your next  appointment. Moreover, booking your next visit will require paying a non-refundable deposit worth 25% of the service you want to book. Two  missed appointments result in be fired from the salon.  

A mandatory deposit is required at the time of booking your appointment, and is applied to the service (deposit is nonrefundable for late cancellations & no shows)

 For your comfort and safety, please notify me if you  have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are  pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the  treatment, please alert me immediately. 

Service will be refused to anyone behaving  disrespectful,improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the  effects of the service. 

As space in the salon is limited, clients are not permitted to bring other people including kids and/or pets during the time of the service. Breach of this will result in refusal of service.

Consultations are mandatory for anyone wanting lifting services if they have had the previous chemical services stated below

• relaxer/perm
